Basic: primarily blocks Ads, (Mobile) App Ads.
Full: Ads, (Mobile) App Ads, Phishing, Malvertising, Malware, Spyware, Ransomware, CryptoJacking, Scam
... Telemetry, Analytics, Tracking (Where not needed for proper functionality)
-> oisd has 2 lists (full and basic), below are links to those in different formats
-> You will need just 1 file; the one that is supported by your adblocker. (Icon's displayed)
-> If your adblocker cannot handle the "full" (because it's big) choose the "basic"
-> The full list already includes all entries in basic.

Update: 28th of March 2021:
pac.oisd.nl(/basic/) is now discontinued.
- Not a lot of people were using it.
- PAC clients don't honor cache headers, and download the same file over and over. (A lot)
- Potential security risk if the file was to be malicously altered serverside.
